Welcome to my homepage!

I am grateful that I have been able to represent you in Parliament for the past four years – and now I am running for a second term. The three most important issues to me have been employment, employment and employment.

We can only take care of the everyday rights of children and seniors if the rest of us have work. Working and offering work is still facing too many obstacles. It’s my duty to take forward the experiences and views of the people in the Tampere region. 

I like my work and it gives me great pleasure when both regional and national questions progress. I find it rewarding to notice that all kinds of people approach me about regional issues – even those who didn’t vote for me. I hope you keep actively in contact with me.

I have managed to take hundreds of smaller and some bigger regional matters further as a member of parliament. Politics requires persistence.

We cannot let the Tampere region be a political outsider anymore. Votes should now be given to parties and candidates that have a chance to get a minister’s seat in the next election.
